Over 20 years, I have navigated and led organizations through every major inflection point in software delivery. I began my career in CMMI-governed environments — where process discipline, compliance audits, and engineering rigor defined success. As the industry evolved, I became an early champion of Agile adoption, guiding teams through the transition from Waterfall to Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Spotify-inspired operating models — transforming not just processes, but mindsets and cultures across globally distributed enterprises.
Today, I operate at the frontier of AI-first delivery — designing AI-augmented execution frameworks, establishing AI governance models, enabling teams with AI-powered decision-making tools, and building intelligent dashboards that drive predictability at portfolio scale. I don't just adopt what's next — I architect the path to get there.
As a trusted partner to C-level leaders, I bring a rare combination: the execution discipline of PMO governance, the adaptive leadership of Agile transformation, and the strategic vision of AI enablement. Over the course of my career leading engineering organizations, I've learned that meaningful understanding comes from participation, not observation. AI is no exception.
My practice is simple and deliberate: every week, I build. Working alongside AI coding agents, I ship real, production‑grade applications — across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. This rhythm keeps me honest. It reveals where AI accelerates creativity and delivery, where human judgment remains essential, and how leaders can responsibly bridge the two. That perspective carries directly into my leadership — shaping how I design delivery models, support teams adopting AI, and establish governance that balances innovation with trust.
